  • Abstract
Modern logistics service urgently calls for efficient and economical transportation and delivery operations, the integrated platform for logistics planning is an important way out, which brings digital identity of cargos and optimized routing and scheduling plan together, the platform gives logistics planners an approach to make better decision faster and further to reach more revenue. The digitization method of cargos identity by two- dimensional barcode technology was introduced, hierarchical model for transportation plan was initially proposed, which is separated into routing, scheduling and cargo-loading three steps. The integrated platform for logistics planning can be computerized and optimized and offer significant potential for cost decreases and productivity gains, the method is proved to be practical and reliable.
