  • Abstract
Using the BG-11 medium, the usual cultivation of alage medium, fast and efficient screen a produced organic algae from the soil around a Chemical factory´s soda production work-shop in Beijing. Experiments show that after 15 days cultivating, the algae´s biomass reachs to maximum; the best yield conditions of the algae in the laboratory:Na2CO3 concentration(20mg/L),lig-ht intensity(4500Lux), inoculums size(10%), temperature(26°C). In its best sugar yield conditions, domesticate it by using different salinity inorganic mediums and simulation wsterwater and denitrifying bacteria medium. The polysaccharide concentration reachs to 8.6mg/L.Through the domestication, making it possible to use the organic products as the denitrifying bacteria´s external carbon source in the denitrifying water treatment. It has good prospects for industrial application.
