Abstract
Designing a general model of human resources management information systems fitted on corporate strategy based on related research from domestic and foreign scholars. Additionally, Sanjiu Medicine Co., Ltd. has been adopted for case study, systematically elaborated processes and patterns of human resource management information systems fitted on corporate strategy. The results show that the establishment of human resource management information systems should be appropriately matched with business strategy. Enterprise should use information technology to establish a suitable human resource management for its development according to demand in the business skills on human resources.
