  • Abstract
    In order to solve the problem of modeling of a rotary dryer, a cascade hybrid dynamic model is proposed and a RBF neural network is adopted to determine the model parameters drying rate. Considering the effect of material properties, middle parameters, drying technology and drying equipment structure on the model of the rotary dryer, the model of zinc concentrate ore rotary dryer is established and a simulation is done by using the Matlab. Simulation results show that the hybrid model can improve the flexibility and accuracy of the model. This model provides more convenient way to analyze the zinc concentrate ore drying process and study new control strategies for energy conservation and emission reduction.
