  • Abstract
The basic aim of the paper is to propose and discuss a model of services delivered by a particular intelligent network. The services are considered and analysed as being composed of different independent building blocks. The proposed model allows one to take into account the various functional components influencing the quality of services. The factors considered include the building blocks applied, their number and the structure within which the blocks are to perform. The model may be convenient to formulate various network´s analysis, design and optimisation tasks. The features of the model are illustrated by a simple example
