Abstract
In this paper, the use of the SB-ZePoC Coding-Scheme for a high precision AC Power Standard is proposed. The use of SB-ZePoC allows a high spectral purity of the output signal, the structure of the system allows to reference directly to the voltage-reference. The proposed watt calibrator which we call “TET-Watt” shows the advantages of SB-ZePOC as a highly appropriate DC-to-AC-converter-technology to derive calculable AC-signals from DC-voltages The prescribed prototype of the TET-Watt is intended for the calibration of power-meters offering a precision AC power-standard with an accuracy better then 10-5.
