Abstract
In this article, a novel 0.2 THz imaging system is presented. It is made up of Gunn oscillator, dual mode antenna, off-axis reflector antenna and Schottky diode detector. It has many merits such as: small-size, low-cost, low-power-supply, and room-temperature-operational compared to the THz-time domain spectrometer (THz-TDS) which has a large-size, is expensive, and has strict requirements to working conditions.
