Abstract
This paper presents three-dimensional tomographic imaging using swept-source optical-coherence-tomography (SS-OCT) techniques in the terahertz (THz) region. The system employs photonically generated frequency-tunable THz signals. Operational principle and system configuration of the THz SS-OCT are described, and the first successful tomographic imaging using 250-450 GHz signals is demonstrated.
