Research on Reverse Logistics System Base on Circular Economy

The theory of "circular economy" was put forward in 1990s. According to it, the production model based on consuming resources and people criticized polluting environment. The huge number of waster has brought serious pressure to the environment. Reverse logistics is a good way to carry out the idea of circular economy.Firstly, the concept of "circular economy" and "reverse logistics" and the relation of them are introduced. Then, drive factors of reverse logistic are explained. Generally, any node of supply chain will probably become the supplier of reverse logistics system. The entering cause is different by different supplier, which is lead to the complication of reverse logistics system. Finally, in order to establish and perfect the economy system fitting our country, a two-stage model was put forward to select the facility location and the conducting workflow was designed for returned products.
