Abstract
In the paper, we use the data of some variables affecting current account, capital and financial account from 1983 to 2005 to make positive analysis. We emphasized the Granger causality test and impulse response function to analyze the dynamic influence of FDI to balance of payments. The results suggest that FDI has a negative effect on current account and a positive affect on capital and financial account.
