  • Abstract
The proposed system of the digitally emulated current mode control for a DC-DC boost converter using the FPGA is implemented by the emulation technique to generate PWM pulse. A reasonable A/D converter with a few MSPS conversion rate is good enough to control the DC-DC converter with 100 kHz switching frequency. It is found the experimental data show the good static and dynamic-response characteristics, which means that the proposed system can be integrated into one chip digital IC for power-source-control with reasonable price.
