  • Abstract
    Field emission electron source can be used in display devices, microwave amplifier, X-ray tubes, and etc. However, the electron current has to be large enough and modulated and well in these applications. In this paper, the single layer or double layer grapheme oxide sheets were used in the surface-conducted field emission electron source. Finally, both the field emission current has been improved largely, while the driving voltage has been reduced.
