The results indicated that China\´s steel price have one-side guide role on the global steel price, that is to say, Up and down of China\´s steel price will foreboding the global steel price. This shows that China\´s steel has "the right to speak" on the global market, Meanwhile, there are some questions on long-term sustainability open and development of our steel industry. It should followed development principles, which are sustained and stable development, promoting industrial restructuring and taking into account all interests.
