    Recent years, one of the direct results of employment relationship´s changing is that the employee´s career have being boundaryless, especially the knowledge workers have being the most active working group of them. They have changed the traditional career development mode within single organization for long term into boundaryless career development mode of penetrating several organizations, even though different occupations. This paper analyzes the process of knowledge worker´s boundaryless career development and the brought problems during the process, and offers the resolving direction by the theory and management system of professional management.
