Abstract
Focusing on the issues of studentspsila practice capacity development in high school education, the author discussed the function and significance of studentspsila comprehensive practice capacity in the hierarchy systems of their capacity, two critical components and five dimensions of comprehensive practice capacity were proposed accordingly. Then, from two substantial aspects of capacity fostering respectively, which are improving the effects of knowledge transferring during educating and motivating studentspsila activeness to practice, the relationship between fostering and developing of studentspsila comprehensive practice capacity and encouraging students to participate in undergraduate mechanical innovative design competition (UMIDC) was addressed deeply. Finally, some issues which were liable to be neglected during the instructing of studentspsila practice, such as making students become the main participants of innovative practice and helping students to form the comprehensive quality of practice were identified, and the author provided some corresponding advice to it.
