The Research of Cooperation and Coordination Mechanism in Supply Chain with Facing on Once Cooperation

After analyzed the relative of cooperation mechanism in supply chain (SC), We confirm that the mixing mode must be adopted for the coordination and control mechanism. The key link in using mixing mode effectively is to establish the reasonable mechanism for benefit distribution (BD). In the constituting process of BD, the building and its effect implement of enterprise authority enterprise(AE) with applying the principle and method of game theory and the information economics, the attribution between the enterprise in SC, is put forward, and the factors, which occupy the effects on BD between both cooperative enterprises, are also explore. Moreover, the mathematic expressions of BD, the level of making great efforts and the effect of formula. These results provide some profitable reference for SC management . Besides, the direction of further research is also predicted here.
