  • Abstract
    In this paper, the statue quo of application of QFD is presented. Some questions in traditional QFD such as: (1) the correlations between customers requirements don´t be considered in determine the important coefficients of customer requirements, (2) appraising of plan and selecting of optimal plan are very difficult, (3) analyze become very complex when there are many customer requirements and product characters and customer requirements and product characters have complex correlations. And then the characteristic of Simultaneous Equation System are presented firstly. A process of structuring of Quality Function Deployment using Simultaneous Equations System and the estimate method are introduced. Finally, a simple example is given to illustrate this method. It solves the question of correlations between customer requirements. Using this model, investigating information of market is utilized fully, correlations among customer requirements are considered.
