Abstract
In conventional quality function deployment (QFD) model, the constant coefficient is employed to present the relationship between "What matrix" and "How matrix" and among "How matrix". However, in practice the relationships are usually non-linear. This paper employs an integrative approach to represent non-linear relationship into QFD planning. A multi-objective fuzzy model is proposed to reconcile the tradeoff between customer satisfaction and cost. An example is presented to illustrate the applicability of the proposed model.
