Abstract
An expert system is presented for electrical safety and grounding of hospitals and medical facilities. This expert system has two different parts: a theoretical advisor and a practical advisor. The first advisor aids in the installation and evaluation of ground systems. It features a guide for ground-resistance measurements. The other advisor aids in the verification and operation of the system.<>
