  • Abstract
    Safety evaluation technology is the new method in the field of safety management. It made safety management from remedy after the accident to prevention beforehand. So safety management has the function that can control the way of accident. But now safety evaluation methods that adapt construction project are not mature. In this paper, integrating the current safety evaluation technologies and the traits of construction project, a new grey comprehensive evaluation model is proposed. At first, the index system is constructed on safety evaluation of construction sites. Then using the hierarchy grey evaluation method, the process and evaluating grade are established to evaluate the safety of construction sites. The new model is also verified in three construction sites of Qingdao Construction Group.
