Abstract

Currently, automobile information systems lack a search service, because most of them aim at buying and selling. Thus, in this paper, we design and implement CISS (Car Information Service System) to provide efficient retrieval of information about automobiles. In CISS, we collect information about automobiles from the Internet and construct a lattice structure for efficient retrieval, and we provide retrieval convenience by implementing the “Car Browser” that permits gradual refinement of the index terms by browsing through the lattice graph and permitting keyword-based retrieval
