Research on Harmonious Mechanism of Infrastructure Investment Projects Choosing and Deciding

It is obvious that infrastructure is very important to the healthy development of town economy and society. Moreover, because that infrastructure investment needs enormous amount fund, so projects choosing and deciding has become the key factor that related to infrastructure investment effect. This paper tried to establish harmonious mechanism of infrastructure investment projects choosing and deciding in macro level by using "HeXie" Management Theory. Here, "HeXie" Management Theory that put forward by Xi You-min is just the theory about harmonious management. On the basis of analyzing the forming mechanism of harmonious mechanism, the harmonious running mechanism of infrastructure investment projects choosing and deciding was established; furthermore the harmonious controlling mechanism with the abilities of adapting and adjusting dynamically was established too. We hope the research will benefit the practice.
