Research on the Connotation and the Framework of Knowledge Management based on Complex Adaptive System

Knowledge management (KM) is a newly emerging management mode, which now needs to solve its sustainable development for promoting the learning and the innovation of organizational knowledge in the complex environment. Complex adaptive system (CAS) can help to explain the complexity connotation of KM and integrate all processes of KM for making KM adapt the changeful environment. This paper explores the connotation of KM from the perspective of CAS and then proposes the suitable developing framework of KM based on CAS.lt hopes to provide the way to promote the sustainable development of KM by using the theory of CAS.
