Abstract
A full-fledged biomedical engineering graduate program leading to a master´s degree and suitable for third world countries is suggested. The course would be of 1-1/2-years (3 semesters) duration, with the first two semesters consisting of course work and the third semester exclusively devoted to dissertation project work.<>
