  • Abstract
When emergency occurs, a reasonable and efficient resource scheduling system is urgently needed to deal with influences caused by emergency. In regard to the scheduling problem of single one-time consumption resources in the emergency logistics system, this paper establishes a resource response decision model with the goal of minimum emergency response time, least saving points, highest reliability of transport routes, lowest emergency response cost. A fuzzy ideal point algorithm is applied to transform the multi-objective decision making problem into single-objective programming problem, and the analog simulation calculation is also running. An effective method is supplied to improve emergency response capability, availably ease the degree of disasters, decrease the influence sphere, and shorten the duration of disasters.
