Abstract
In order to implement manufacturing information sharing among allied enterprises in networked manufacturing environment, and solve the information interaction problems of design, manufacturing, quality inspection and resource utilization, manufacturing information system was managed by a manufacturing information management system which had been realized in this paper. Manufacturing information system management was composed of manufacturing resource management, process design information management, manufacturing process management and quality information management. Several key technologies such as the access control strategy based on dynamic interfaces, the dynamic authorization assignment strategy based on task, role and time, the distribution technology of invocation conflicts and the weighted retrieval algorithmic based on dissimilarity were discussed in detail. These technologies were adopted to realize multi-user information interaction and ensure security and stability of the information. Feasibility and effectiveness of the system were verified by a case of enterprise application.
