Research on Supply Chain Configuration Flexibility Based on Knowledge Coupling

Because supply chain configuration is important to supply chain operation efficiency, the related conception of supply chain configuration flexibility was expatiated at first. And in knowledge economy, supply chain configuration flexibility has close relation with knowledge coupling of its members. Then by modeling knowledge coupling of the supply chain, the method to measure supply chain configuration flexibility was put forward by taking into accounts of both the knowledge intensity and knowledge extent. In the end, the further research direction was indicated.
