Designing the Index System of Enterprise Informationalization Based on Knowledge Audit

Knowledge audit is a quantitative evaluating method on the condition of enterprise knowledge resource management. When combined with enterprise informationalization, index system of enterprise informationalization possesses the evaluating functions to the condition of enterprise knowledge resource management At first, on the basis of knowledge audit, this paper designs the contents of index system of enterprise informationalization from twelve aspects; then, confirms the weight of this index system by applying method of hierarchy analysis; at last, points out application of this index system not only can realize the evaluation for the level of enterprise informationalization, but also find the right occasion on the introduction of enterprise knowledge management from the angle of informationalization
