  • Abstract
    With the development of the e-commerce and to get the most cost advantage, more and more enterprises begin to use the joint procurement tender to get the materials and goods. In the joint procurement tender, the distribution of the power weight of all the tender members becomes a necessary problem to be solved. The paper refers to the research method of individual power weight distribution under the weighted voting condition in the group decision problems to establish the calculating estimating model of different group preference orders, and converse it to calculate the shortest distance of the non-directed graph, and then we get the method of calculating the power weight of all the tender members
