Abstract
Second Life is a novel internet-based virtual environment and a large number of participants are attracted since it was founded. Meanwhile, various educational and social activities were carried out with many agencies involved in. According to the visual campus circumstance, a three-dimensional situational networked learning environment training rooms was established, and the key issues on how to further develop the learning situation library of second life were discussed. Furthermore, the visual campus environment in this paper creates a more colorful learning experience than the traditional teaching, and the immersion experience, the flexibility and the interactivity were well realized by the students in the role-playing so that their language abilities can be enhanced too.
