Abstract
The author presents a partial propositional calculus together with a partial probabilistic interpretation and suggests that this framework is much more adequate for knowledge representation than two valued classical propositional logic. A sound and complete system is presented and an application to the probabilistic interpretation of conditional supporting general imaging is provided
