Abstract
In order to solve the problem of controller saturation in extended minimal control synthesis(EMCS), new minimal control synthesis(NMCS) including adaptive compensation gain based on erf function is put forward for the active vibration control of piezoelectric panel structure. The stability of control system is verified by popov standards. Simulation results show that this method has faster convergence speed and smaller tracking error compared with EMCS algorithm under multi-mode or broadband random disturbance. Especially the saturation caused by integrator and sign function mutation can be suppressed effectively by this method.
