  • Abstract
In East Japan Railway Company, photovoltaics equipment has so far been introduced. However, these had the small scale and needed to consider the effective use at the time of introducing on a large scale. Then, even when large-scale introduction of the photovoltaics was carried out, efficient control of the power distribution system was considered that power generation electric power should be utilized effectively. As a result of carrying out a simulation in the Ofuna substation system of our company, it turned out that the electric energy of 60MWh which was having power generation controlled can utilize effectively. Thereby, even if the photovoltaics output improved further from now on, a chance that much electric power would be utilized effectively left rather than power generation was controlled.
