  • Abstract
    Based on Hall´s theory of coding and decoding, the paper analyzed the production and reproduction of the meaning discourse network, assuming that in the Internet society, individuals play a positive role in the production and reproduction of the meaning of discourse network, actively dissolve and reconstruct the information. Without recipients´ participation and creation, the circulation of information cannot carry on smoothly. Instead, while broadening the public sphere, Internet also brings challenges to increasingly larger social gap and control of public opinions, by the split of power (authority), Internet and geographical space in reality.
