    Based on Knowledge Innovation and Biological Evolution theory, drive and shape five processes:motivation, invention, implementation, theorization and internalizaiton. address the evolutionary model of inter-organizational knowledge innovation and give the entry points of inter-organizational knowledge innovation network. Classify the network: Toyota Network and Silicon Valley Network. Analyse the two networks for China development.
