Abstract
The diffusive model of the spin transport and current-induced magnetization switching based on spin accumulation was generalized to account for both interfacial resistance (IR) and interfacial spin current absorption in magnetic multilayer structure which consists of Co(15 nm)-Cu(6 nm)-Co(5 nm) trilayer structure.
