Abstract
A polyurethane/Polysulfone/Multi-walled carbon nanotube blend polymer nanocomposite of thickness 25μm were prepared by solution mixing method. The microstructure of the composite was examined by scanning electron microscopy. The study on the structure of the composite showed that carbon nanotubes could be dispersed in the blend matrix well apart from a few of clusters. The dielectric properties of the composite samples of different weight ratio were studies by measuring the permittivity and tangential loss. The XRD results elucidate the lattice spacing and crystallinity. XRD characteristics further show the formation of blend nanocomposites.
