Abstract
The problem of decentralized memoryless robust control for a class of uncertain delayed systems with time delay is addressed by linear matrix inequalities and vector inequalities. The uncertainty in the system is value bounded and the system has delays in both state and control input. We present sufficient conditions for existence of decentralized memoryless robust stabilization, and, based on these conditions, the controller is presented. Then, by solving a convex optimization problem with constraints, the systematic methods for decentralized controllers with small feedback gain are presented and we can derive more practical and satisfactory decentralized memoryless robust controllers
