Abstract
One errors compenstion model for measuring system is set up in this paper based on homogeneous coordinate transformation and closed vector chain method. Stiffness measuring system of the spring tubes is taken to set up the model and perform the experiments. Fistly, the coordinates and transition matrix are set up to describe the relations of components in the measuring system and their deformation. Secondly, the relation between the ideal deformation and the deformation noise is deduced based on homogeneous coordinate transformation and vector chain method. Therefore, the deformation error compensation can be modeled. Lastly, It´s proved by experiments that the error compensation model proposed in this paper can improve the measuring accuracy and reduce the non-repetitive error.
