On a Cryptographic Key Management Mechanism for Broadband Mobile Dispatching Communications

This paper proposes an efficient standalone key establishment and management mechanism, which is readily pluggable into any IP based broadband wireless infrastructure for secure multimedia dispatching communications. It is demonstrated via strict security analyses that the solution is not only independently operable off broadband wireless service providers, but also efficient in computation, simple and flexible in applications.
