  • Abstract
Recent years, some meteorological disaster threat the people´s life and property seriously, such as flood, dust storm drought and so on. And the relevant departments take such measure as launching shell or rocket to air in order to develop and utilize the water resources in the air as well as defense and reduce the climate damage. The data of the automatic detection about the weather modification is important for the standardized management; and the data include the end time, azimuth, the angle of elevation and the emission number and so on. This paper introduces the principle and carryout technology of automatic detection about the parameter such as the azimuth, the angle of elevation and emission number and so on. Meanwhile, the frequency multiplier circuit of incremental encoder can be used to detect the angle of elevation with high precision. At the last, some discussion on the application of the automatic monitoring of the weather modification is also given in this paper.
