  • Abstract
This article analyses the Frame Error Rate (FER) performance with the Pairwise Error Probability (PEP) and presents a LDPC coding scheme for Relay Cooperative Communication (RCC) system. In this scheme, the Degree Distribution of excellent LDPC codes is considered and the LDPC check Matrix is divided into several sub-blocks with different mean column weight (MCW), then specific sub-blocks are transmitted in different transmission Modes. In the Broadcasting (BC) Mode, the sub-block with large MCW has high priority to be transmitted by the source node to make sure the relay nodes correctly receive and re-transmit the signal, which can obtain the system diversity gain. In the Multi-address (MAC) Mode, the source node and relay nodes transmit sub-blocks that haven´t been used before to form the complementary redundancy structure in the terminal node, and earn high coding gain. Simulation results confirm the effectiveness of this coding scheme for RCC system.
