Abstract
A K-Band oscillator using dielectric resonator is presented in this paper. The push-push method has been used for designing the oscillator. Two identical double parallel coupling microstrip lines that are arranged at the output part are combined to block the DC power and are also used as band pass filters in order to suppress the fundamental frequency. By using a resistance at each feedback part to stable the DC point, the phase noise is improved. The output power of 3.60dBm at 19GHz, and the phase noise of -72.32dBc/Hz and -103.18dBc/Hz at the offset frequency of 10kHz and 100kHz are obtained, respectively.
