  • Abstract
Using only single-ended-input OTAs and grounded capacitors, a low sensitivity voltage-mode high-order OTA-C low-pass and band-pass filter structure with the least number of components is presented using an analytical synthesis approach. Since each internal node has a grounded capacitor to absorb its parasitic capacitance, after replacing the traditional capacitor with the parasitic capacitance, a novel voltage-mode high-order OTA-only-without-C low-pass and band-pass filter structure is then proposed. H-SPICE simulations show that the operational frequencies are from 215 to 705 MHz and from 214 to 724 MHz, respectively, for the proposed tenth-order OTA-only-without-C low-pass and band-pass filters.
