Abstract
The problem under consideration is a robust stability of uncertain time-varying systems. There are various approaches to this problem. Most of them lead to sufficient conditions only. This paper contains some results concerning necessary and sufficient conditions. The main idea is the relation between the stability property and an existence (absence) of the periodic motions of some specific kind
