  • Abstract
    This paper investigates the resources of a multiresolution framework for probing a multipath channel. In order to clearly identify advantages as well as limitations, the channel is assumed Doppler free and channel parameters are assumed constant during the estimation process. The parameters of interest are the attenuation factors and delay times of the different active paths. The channel is probed periodically, between data transmissions
