  • Abstract
    Modularity production network is evolving in a paradox of knowledge diffusion and encapsulation. Then the problem of the dual relationships between knowledge stickiness and interface rules comes into being. The knowledge stickiness effect of modularity production network was studied based on the perspective of interface rules evolving by use of normative research method. The main standpoints were as follows: (i) Technique diffusion cost induced by complex network relationships was the main reason of knowledge stickiness. (ii) The knowledge stickiness of modularity production network reduced the collaborative cost and stimulated radical innovation. (iii) Interface rules were the memories of modules´ knowledge and were forming and evolving spirally. (iv) The dynamic evolving interface rules might accelerate or hinder knowledge diffusion, enterprise should grasp the chance during interface rules evolving and gain the core position in acute market competition.
