Abstract
The further development of economic safety early warning system was severely yoked by many negative factors such as the difficulty of model integration, heterogeneous database platform in data collection and transferring, incomplete data collection and the incompetence of visual display of early warning effect. Aiming at the above defects, the paper proposed a new method of economic safety early warning system based on Web GIS and prosperity index. This paper adopted service-oriented architecture, seamless integration of GIS server and Web service, and conducted a business server, prosperity analysis and early warning component was published by web service, and applied a standardized interface to make each component cooperative work, the Heterogeneous Database access also integrated to web service, thus solved the problem of data integration successfully. This paper also constructed a digital cartographic model for early warning system by applying hypertext and graphics information technology. The model can fully display global economic prosperity distribution and reveal the inner potential association of economic phenomenon, and is user-friendly in decision-making process.
