  • Abstract
    The rare earth permanent-magnet generator is mainly used to provide direct current for the electro-equipment on the hybrid vehicles. Many blocks of rare earth permanent-magnet material are fixed on the generator´s rotor by polishes and nonmagnetic bolts, the adjoining permanent-magnet material´s polarity is opposite, N polarity and S polarity are arrayed alternately, which compose the rare earth permanent-magnet rotor core. When this rotor rotating, magnetic field rotates with it, the armature coil cuts magnetic-curve and produces electromotive force. Four-phase half-wave controlled rectification voltage regulator is designed, which can both regulate the voltage and the current, put out direct current with stable voltage. The problem of instable voltage, which is generated by the automobile´s permanent-magnet generator at wide speed and wide load, is solved.
