  • Abstract
    According to the outlet temperature characteristics of supercritical boiler super-heater, a design method coordinated cascade correction and state feedback was proposed. Which solved the problems occurred during the state feedback controller design, such as the high-order system, zero-placement, stable state design and complicated computation, as well as decreased the overshoot and steady state error. State observation matrix, state feedback matrix, cascade controller and zero corrector were designed for the main steam temperature process. The simulation results showed that the cascade correction and state feedback coordinated system had no overshoot and the adjusting time was shorter and better robust compared with the PID control system, as well as with the better disturbance decrease compared with the single state feedback system, and feasibility for engineering compared with other intelligent optimization control strategies.
